Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Plaggi ("we", "us") is a digital service for Norwegian families to organise children's wardrobes and share clothes on a local marketplace. The service is available at plaggi.app and as a mobile app.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and acting as a parent or guardian.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use at hei@plaggi.app.

4. Use of the service

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• Sell items other than children's clothing and accessories
• Circumvent the payment system (all transactions must go through Plaggi)
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Use the service for spam or automated data harvesting

We review reports of inappropriate content within 24 hours. Users can report content directly from listings and message threads. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users who violate these terms.

5. The marketplace

Plaggi is a facilitation platform. We are not a party to transactions between users. The seller is responsible for accurate description and condition of items. Plaggi charges no fees on user-to-user sales — payment and delivery are arranged directly between buyer and seller.

Plaggi offers an optional Pro subscription (see plaggi.app/priser) handled via Stripe. Plaggi is not liable for errors or delays in payment processing.

6. Intellectual property

All content you upload (images, descriptions) remains yours. You grant Plaggi a limited licence to display the content in connection with the service. The Plaggi logo, design, and codebase are our property and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Plaggi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, service errors, or unauthorised account access. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unsuccessful, Oslo District Court shall have jurisdiction.
